Currently, the shortage of domestic concrete batching plant which need to be solved are mainly reflected in constituent parts are as follows.
1.Batching System.
In domestic, there are only a few enterprises have adopted foreign technologies and have their own Research&Development team. Or they directly adopt the third party’s mature, qualified technical products. But many enterprises can’t achieve the high level which could accuracy and stability of the ingredients according to the production setting and matching requirements, ensuring the performance of the finished products.
2.Drying & Dust Collecting System
About drying and dusting collecting system in asphalt batching plant. We have some advise are as following.
First of all, as for the drying drum’s produce, there have no professional design to support. In domestic production, there have no design theory and calculation basis, such as the determination of the Burning zone length. According to the different aggregate’s recipe and make the aggregate heating evenly. Secondly, the problem is the reasonable allocation of primary and secondary devices in dust collecting system.
3.Burning System
Most enterprises only pay attention to the development of the mechanical system when developing the burner in asphalt batching plant. Which type of burners should be used to match the drying drum of different types of mixing equipment. How to adjust the combustion temperature according to the water content and yield of aggregate to ensure that the accuracy of mixing temperature is further improved.
