1, Dust Collection System ( Cyclone +Water type & Volute casing collector+Bag house collector)

Cyclone +Water type dust collecting system get lower price , but compare to the Bag house type, the Dust renoval effect don't very high...Some Drum type plant , and small model such as LB500 and LB800 model , can use this type dust collection system.

And it normally used in those countries who did not have High Grade & Strict  policy for Environmental Protect.

 While the Primary volute casing collector + Bag house collector get much higher dust removal effect, volute casing collector collect the big particulate matters, and Bad house use 384pcs America Nomex canvas bags..So it is much Environmantal.

 

2,  The Powder/Filler  Silo.  (Need  &  No need) 

Some customers don't plus powder in producing,( While plus powder can make the Asphalt Concrete much higher quality.)  And some get Silo from local...

So Filler silo need make clear whether need before purchase the plant.

 

3, Bitumen Supplying (Direct heating type tank &Thermal Oil type tank with thermal oil furnance)

Direct heating type Tank (30ton volume normally), there is a burner heat the bitumen tank bottom directly , to make bitumen inside get hot.

 

Thermal Oil type Tank, This type tank equipped with Thermal oil pipes inside, and with special Furnace heating the Thermal Oil ,  then pump hot Thermal oil into pipes , to heat the Bitumen.

This type can get  much higher efficiency, ( faster to get hot Bitumen) , also the Bitumen in tank get heat much uniform... Also prolong the Tank working life.

 

4, Finished Asphalt Concrete Stroage Level /Bin (Need & No Need) 

Our finished  Asphalt Storage  Bins/levels normally under the Mixer level in Mixing building, (Some plant use Side type, put it beside the Mixing Building)
