Asphalt Batching Plant, also named Concrete Asphalt Batching Plant. As a complete set of equipment used for bulk production of asphalt concrete. The components of asphalt batching plant:
The asphalt mixing equipment is mainly composed of batching system, drying system, burning system, hot aggregate elevator, vibrating screen, hot aggregate storage silo, weighting and mixing system, asphalt supply system, powder feeding system, dust collector system, finished storage hopper and control system parts.
1.The production capacity can be divided into small type, middle type and large type.
For small type, its productivity is below 40t/h.
For middle type, its productivity at 40-400t/h.
For large type, its productivity is above 400t/h.
2.The transport way can be divided into mobile, semi-fixed and stationary.
For mobile asphalt batching plant, that's to say the hopper and the mixing pot with the tires can be transferred according to the working site, suitable for county roads and township roads and low-grade highway projects.
For semi-fixed asphalt batching plant, on several trailers, the equipment is assembled at the construction site and used for highway construction.
For stationary asphalt batching plant, it is also known as the asphalt concrete processing plant, which is applicable to the concentration construction and urban road construction.
3.The stirring method can be divided into continuous drum roller type and forced intermittent mode.
For continuous drum roller type, which is continuous stirring method, the heating of the aggregate and mixing of the mixture are continuously carried out in a same roller.
For forced intermittent, that is, the heating of the aggregate and the mixing of the mixture are forced periodically. The equipment is stirred in a pot and a pot, each stirring a pot of 45 seconds to 60 seconds. The output is determined by the model of the equipment.
