The component of LB series asphalt mixing plant’s weighting system

The hot aggregate weighting device is necessary for LB series asphalt mixing plant. After sifting the different specifications sand materials and according to the different levels of aggregate requirements, the weighting system’s main function is to accurate measurement of the aggregate to be used. After that, to achieved specified levels and proportions and to secure the quality of the finished aggregate.

There are two forms of measurement: Quality measurement and volume measurement. For hot aggregate, usually adopt quality measurement.

 The measuring scale has different forms such as beam balance and electronic scale. The electronic scale is small in size, high in accuracy and convenient in installation. It is suitable for remote automatic control, but it has high environmental requirements and is complicated to maintain. Currently, the electronic balance is basically adopted on the mixing equipment. And the electron is composed of measurement bucket, pressure or tension sensor and electronic measuring device.
